Grilled Red Snapper With Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. tequila
    2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 lb. red snapper fillets
    1 lb. ripe plum tomatoes, finely chopped
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
    1 tsp. minced fresh green chili or to taste
    salt to taste
    vegetable oil for grill equipment
