Honey Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. softened margarine
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Creamy Glaze
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease a jelly roll pan.
Beat sugar, honey, margarine, eggs and pumpkin in a large bowl.
(Batter will be slightly curdled.) Stir in remaining ingredients, except glaze and nuts.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool.
Drizzle with glaze.
