Mesquite-Smoked Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skirt steak
    lemon pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    8 flour tortillas
    sour cream
    grated cheese
    picante sauce or Pico de Gallo sauce
Preparation
    Trim skirt steak to remove membrane and bits of fat.
    Rub meat with lemon pepper and place in a refrigerator dish.
    Combine beer and Italian dressing and pour over meat.
    Marinate overnight.
