Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Leave the Cheddar and cream cheese at room temperature for 1 hour. Mix together Ranch mix, milk and mayonnaise. Mix in the cream cheese with an electric mixer, then stir in the Cheddar cheese. Put in freezer for 30 minutes, then shape into a ball. Roll in toasted pecans and serve with crackers.
