Oven Made Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
8 qt. popped corn, unsalted
Preparation

Boil butter, sugar, syrup and salt in a heavy saucepan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add soda and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
Pour over corn; stir to coat kernels.
Place in two large pans.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
