Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and sugar, add remaining ingredients and beat until frothy.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Allow to cool 5 minutes.
    Pour over the topping.
    Bake another 10 minutes and cool.
    Refrigerate at least 5 hours before serving.
    Very rich.
