Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together ground beef, tomatoes and green chilies, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
    Shape into loaf in shallow pan using wet hands.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
