Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white Shoe Peg corn
    1 small can LeSueur peas
    1 small jar pimento
    1 green pepper, diced
    3 green onions, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 to 3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Drain peas and corn; add pimento, pepper and onions.
    Mix salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar and pour over vegetables; mix well.
    Will last several days in refrigerator.
    Great with steak and baked potato.
