Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
2 sticks oleo
1 onion, chopped
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
Preparation

Melt oleo
in 9 x 12-inch pan in 400\u00b0 oven.
Mix together all the other stuff. Spread on top of oleo. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
