Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans small party carrots or fresh carrots, cooked
1 large can pineapple tidbits
1 can Chinese chestnuts, drained and sliced
3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Use small party carrots or cook fresh carrots until tender. Drain and save juice.
Add pineapple and chestnuts to carrots. Use pineapple juice and mix with flour or cornstarch and sugar. Cook until thick, then pour over hot carrots, pineapple and chestnuts.
Heat well.
