Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    6 large Vidalia onions
    6 large potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet, salt and pepper.
    Drain and put in a casserole dish.
    Peel and slice onions and potatoes.
    Layer on meat and pour soup over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
