Mom'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 pie crust (preferably deep dish)
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order given; pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
Garnish, if desired, with whipped topping.
