Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cooked
    4 slices bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    In frypan, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons drippings.
    To reserved drippings, add onion and cook until tender.
    Add flour, bouillon, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
    Stir in vinegar and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Slice warm potatoes and add to sauce mixture along with crumbled bacon.
    Toss lightly to coat.
    Heat and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
