Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. bacon drippings
    1 c. milk
    1 small can Mexicorn
    3 to 4 chopped jalapeno peppers (use according to taste)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, then add other ingredients, ending with bacon fat.
    Use an iron skillet if you have one.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
