Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. strawberries plus juice (this is one 16 oz. box frozen, sliced strawberries)
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each one.
    Sift dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture.
    Add strawberries; stir in pecans.
    Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
