Banana Pudding - The Low-Fat Way!(Servings: 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 bananas, peeled and sliced
    8 oz. lite Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 can low-fat Eagle Brand milk
    4 c. skim milk
    1 box reduced fat vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat pudding mix and 4 cups of milk about 2 minutes with mixer on low speed.
    Pour in Eagle Brand milk and blend.
    Add Cool Whip; blend.
    Cover bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch pan with wafers. Slice 4 bananas and place on top of wafers.
    Add half of the filling.
    Place the remainder of the wafers on top
    of this (on bottom only this time).
    Place the other bananas on top.
    Then add remainder of pudding mix.
    Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
