Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. celery, cut up
    1 c. carrots, cut up
    1 onion
    10 oz. pkg. broccoli or cauliflower
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil the bouillon cubes, water, potatoes, celery, carrots and onion for 20 minutes.
    Add the broccoli or cauliflower and cook until tender.
    Add the soup and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
