Oven-Roasted Sauced Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sides spareribs (3 to 3 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Leave ribs whole or cut into serving pieces.
    Place in a large shallow pan.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
