Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1 slice dry bread, crumbled
    1 c. finely chopped fresh
    tomato, drained well
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped jalapeno
    peppers (remove seeds)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell peppers
Preparation
    Mix well, form into loaf and bake, covered with foil, for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and brown.
