French Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large baking potatoes, quartered lengthwise (peeled or unpeeled)
olive oil
Worcestershire sauce
garlic pepper
pepper
cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 (with oven rack in middle of oven).
Dip quartered potatoes into olive oil and Worcestershire sauce mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and season.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
