Apple-Nut Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. apple juice
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients. Fold into mixture the nuts, coconut and apples.
Pour into well-greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Glaze while hot.
