Holiday Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. or 12 medium potatoes, cooked and hot
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt or to taste
dash of pepper or to taste
Preparation

Mash hot potatoes and add cream cheese in pieces, then add butter.
Beat well until all is mixed.
Add sour cream.
Add eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
When fluffy, place in greased 9-inch casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serves 8 to 12.
