Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 small onion, diced
celery with tops, diced
fresh parsley, diced, or dried parsley
1 to 2 carrots, shredded
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

Mix
all ingredients.
Let stand in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
