Tuna Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, slightly thawed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chervil
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Melt butter; add onions and cook until wilted.
Add flour; toss with onions until coated.
Gradually stir in milk until mixture is smooth.
Add broccoli (broken in chunks), salt and chervil.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and broccoli separates.
Add tuna in chunks, sour cream and parsley.
Heat to serving temperature.
(Do not boil!) Makes 4 to 6 servings.
