Cantonese Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spareribs
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 garlic clove
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. wine (your choice)
Preparation
    Parboil ribs about 30 minutes.
    Combine all ingredients for sauce.
    Marinate ribs in sauce at least 2 hours.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven or barbecue.
