Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. diced apples
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine vegetable oil and sugar.
Add eggs, apples and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix and add nuts. Bake in a greased and floured oblong glass pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
