Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. chopped dates
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt margarine in a skillet.
Add sugar, egg and dates.
Stir all ingredients over low burner until thick. Take off burner and add the vanilla, pecans and Rice Krispies.
Stir together.
Take some coconut and spoon the ingredients in it. Roll in balls.
