Six Week'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. finely chopped pecans
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Blend oil, eggs and buttermilk. Add cereal. Let stand until cereal softens. Sift all dry ingredients. Add to other mixture. Grease muffin tins (small tins make better muffins). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes. May refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.
