Yummy Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup of milk over low heat until caramels are melted; set aside.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a large bowl, combine butter, dry cake mix, 1/3 cup milk and nuts. Stir by hand until dough holds together.
