Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. roquefort or blue cheese
    1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 onion, chopped fine
    Cream
    Mayonnaise
    Chopped pecan
Preparation
    Blend together with equal parts or cream and mayonnaise. Chill.
    Form into small oblong rolls (size of a peanut).
    Roll in crushed or chopped nuts.
    Store in refrigerator until time to service.
    Nice with crackers.
