Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    2 pkg. Lipton Chicken Noodle soup mix
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Crumble sausage and brown; drain grease and add vegetables. Cook until tender.
    Add almonds, saving some for garnish.
    In another pan, combine soup, water and rice.
    Simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and margarine; stir well.
    Combine all in a greased 3-qt. dish.
    Sprinkle reserved almonds on top and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
