Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil for frying
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a small bowl with a wire whisk, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually beat in milk.
    Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.
