Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    5 slices white bread cubed without crust
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add rest of ingredients, then fold in bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes in a round casserole that has been greased with butter.
    Cook uncovered.
