Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Prince elbow macaroni (dry)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain and place in a buttered casserole dish.
    Melt butter in a double boiler, then add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Add milk slowly until sauce thickens.
    Cut cheese into cubes and add to sauce, stirring constantly, until cheese has melted.
    Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
