Overnite Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 banana, cut up
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and oranges (keep juices).
    Place juices, lemon juice and water in saucepan.
    Stir in pudding mix; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Add in pineapple, oranges and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip, chill overnight.
    Before serving fold in bananas.
