Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 egg
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    corn oil
    flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk together; soak chicken in mixture overnight. Dredge in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.
