Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. quick grits
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
    3 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; add salt and grits.
    Stir and cook until thick, about 4 minutes.
    While this mixture is hot, add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well, then pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm, about 35 to 40 minutes.
