Perch, Bass Or Crappie Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    2-inch pieces fish fillets
Preparation
    Bring water to boil and add sugar and salt.
    Drop fish into water.
    Boil until done, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Plunge into ice water to cool.
    Serve with cocktail sauce as you would crab or shrimp cocktail.
    Delicious!
