Broccoli Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water or chicken broth
    1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    2 c. low-sodium tomato sauce
    3 c. chopped broccoli, steamed
    1/4 c. nonfat Parmesan cheese
    1 c. nonfat skim Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    6 lasagne noodles, cooked and well drained
Preparation
    Heat water or broth in a saucepan over medium heat.
    Add green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
    Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned.
    Add more liquid, if needed.
    Add parsley, oregano, thyme and tomato sauce.
    Simmer over very low heat for 10 minutes.
