Bobbe Ande Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix eggs with wire whisk very well.
Gradually add rest of ingredients.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn down to 350\u00b0 until set, about 30 minutes.
