Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat in the egg, then dry ingredients.
Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish (greased) with dough. If the dough is hard to handle, then chill first.
Drain crushed pineapple and spread when filling is ready.
