Pecan Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar, cornmeal, eggs, vanilla, milk, vinegar and nuts.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
