Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. flour
    3 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour thoroughly.
    Add well-beaten eggs, milk, flavoring and melted butter.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pastry shell and bake very slowly in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
    Nutmeg may be sprinkled on top if desired.
