Cajun Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges
3 eggs

Preparation

Drain mandarin oranges.
Add juice to oil to equal 1 cup (can add water to bring to 1 cup).
Put eggs, oil mixture and cake mix in bowl and mix.
Add oranges to mixture and beat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 according to mix instructions.
