Individual Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Put vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake paper or foil cup, which has been put in a muffin pan.
(Foil cup works the best.)
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Top with cherry pie filling or any pie filling you like.
Refrigerate.
Makes about 18.
