Summer Zucchini In Italian Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flat beer...pour into dish and let sit for one hour
    2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 stiff beaten egg whites
    6-8 medium sized zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch
Preparation
    Beat everything together except egg whites and zucchini. Beat till smooth, fold in egg whites.
    Dip zucchini into batter and fry in deep hot fat (about 375\u00b0) for 2 to 5 minutes.
    Drain and serve immediately.
