Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. ears corn
    3 stalks celery
    3 peppers
    3 onions
    1 small head cabbage
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. weak vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob; grate corn, celery, peppers and onion. Combine all ingredients.
    Add salt to taste.
    Boil 1/2 hour. Process 20 minutes in pint jars.
    (Carrots may also be grated and added.)
