Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. container whipped topping
1 pkg. Strawberry Jell-O (dry, not prepared)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained well
1 c. white miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. shredded coconut, optional

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the whipped topping.
Fold in whipped topping last.
Garnish with marshmallows, pecans, even maraschino cherries, if desired.
Refrigerate.
Makes a pretty, fluffy salad great for hot summer days.
