Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small potatoes (5 to 6 oz. each)
2 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped chives
1/4 tsp. crushed basil
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 to 4 Tbsp. skim milk
paprika
Preparation

Prick potatoes with a fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Gently scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell.
