Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 squash
    1 garlic bud or garlic salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. unsalted saltines or bread crumbs, crushed up
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook squash with butter, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Cook until tender; mash and add eggs, cheese, milk and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish; top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
